Cryostat mounts
Many properties of crystals change drastic upon heating or cooling.
In single crystallographic investigations cooling of the sample is usually done by closed cycle helium cryostats.
The investigated samples are in most cases quite small and fixed on top of the cooling finger of the cryostat. Therefore a very precise adjustment of the cryostat itself is necessary to position
the sample in the centre of the Euler cradle.
Huber’s Euler cradles series 500 can easily be equipped with ARS (CSW200G) cryostats using the cryostat mount 512.12 or 512.12M.
There is a manual and motorised xyz adjustable version available.
